What do the youth of today do during the upcoming year-end school holidays? Practice their guitar, of course, for the Penang INTERNATIONAL Fingerstyle Guitar Competition 2016. Yes, you read that right! We are upping the ante to INTERNATIONAL level this time round. And for that we're also making it as an Open Category with no age limit.
